All orders take approximately 7-10 business days to process (Monday-Friday).
If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday: processing day number one will start on Monday.
As much as we would love to send your order out asap, it is also very difficult as we are a one man show when it comes to production. Weekends/holidays DO NOT count as we do not work during the weekends/holidays.

7-12 business days (International)


All custom orders, takes 2 weeks (14 business days, weekends/holidays aren’t included)

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once the package is delivered. We are not held responsible for missing packages. Please contact your local post office regarding this matter. If you do need our help with this, we can assist you.

No exchanges, returns or refund. Everything is MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM MADE. The only time we will honor an exchange for a customer, is if there is a mistake on our end. If we sent the wrong order or if there is a damaged on our print.

All orders come with care instruction. Please follow them as they will help prolong the prints on your garment. We are not held responsible for damaged products if you do not follow instructions. We are not held responsible if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind on the color of the hoodie.
